The in-process scheduler runs only while JARVIS is running and the engine is explicitly active. No system service is installed.
Pending approvals
Execution approval authorizes only the displayed prompt/scope. Deployment approval authorizes the exact tested version package and queues foreground activation. Backend security and approval code are outside SelfDev scope.

Install JARVIS
On iPhone: open the secure site in Safari, use Share → Add to Home Screen. Microphone access requires HTTPS. The Windows localhost SSH tunnel does not provide an iPhone URL.
Secure remote access needs separate configuration. JARVIS remains bound to localhost.
